A Start of a New Week

Well Halloween is around the corner and that means teeny costumes :( Good thing that book came last week. I did a little reading on the way to Bloomington so I'm ready to get started.

Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios, 300 calories

Snack: Tea

Lunch: Ham Sandwich, 310 calories

Snack: Watermelon, 45 calories

Dinner: Teriyaki Pork & Scalloped Potatoes, 565 calories

Snack: Applesauce, 180 calories

Total: 1,400 calories
