I woke up this morning not knowing why I've been so tired lately. It's getting on my nerves. I went to bed at a decent time. I slept okay and I worked out last night. I just don't get it. Must be the weather.
The workout last night was nice though. I didn't realize that walking that fast for that long would be so tiring! I felt more strain in my legs from walking than I ever did running. I think I'm sold on that! Maybe I can hold off that knee replacement for another 5 years when I get old. Project: Save my knees! ha! I'm looking forward to walking again tonight. Hopefully the facility won't be packed.
Breakfast: Raisin Bran Crunch, 460 calories
Snack: Tea
Lunch: Potato/ Sweet Potato Torte & Rice Cake, 255 calories
Dinner: DiGiorno Pepperoni Pizza, 540 calories
Snack: Small Slice of Apple Pie, 280 calories
Total: 1,535 calories
And by the way Sheri, with a little salt, I didn't think the Torte was too bad. It was edible for today. haha! But then again I haven't had sweet potatoes in a long time and you had me lower my standards. So maybe that was it...?

I'm glad you found the thing that works for you. My friend who ran the mini with me finally decided that walking was for her and not running, and that's the thing with exercise, you have to find what works so that it can be long term!!!!!
I LOVE Project: Save the Knees! After feeling to tired this morning, I feel like I need to start Project: Stay Young! HA!
