Fall Monday

Well, it's fall for real.  The cold, brisk weather is hanging on, the leaves keep falling and the color are more beautiful everyday!  I am excited to start my kickboxing class tonight, it's just a trial one, but if it's good enough, I will sign up tonight or Wednesday!

I am going to fix something for dinner tonight at lunch, my cooking is officially back in session!

Breakfast:  Veggie Quesadilla, apple:  305 calories

Lunch: Soup, salad, tomatoes, peach:  180 calories

Snack:  Cucumbers with Hummus: 85 calories

Dinner:  Red Beans and Pasta, rutabaga, apple:  445 calories

Snack:  Yogurt, Banana, peanut butter on wheat bread:  265

Total Calories:  1280
Less Calories Taken In:  595
Calories Burned:  300
