I got on the scale and yep....gained a couple. So now I have a reality check once a week, more motivation. I get embarrassed having to admit I failed. But I got through yesterday with eating well!!
Breakfast: Sausage, egg sandwich, oatmeal, 1/2 peach: 320 calories
Lunch: Tuna Salad, tomatoes: 200 calories
Snack: peach, tea with half and half: 55 calories
Dinner: Spaghetti Squash, veggies: can't remember
Snack: oatmeal: can't remember
I can't remember the totals, but I think my total was 1375!
