A New Leaf for Sheri

So, I have turned a new leaf! I feel great! I have switched my running from mornings to evenings. Now I don't have to run in the dark and I can see all kinds of interesting things!!! Today I am due for 5 miles, wow, this tapering thing is like vacation! I got to sleep in until 7:00 am and I had time to fix and enjoy a nice, hot breakfast!! 

I pulled out a sweater today, and even though it's kinda bummy, I feel so cozy!  

Breakfast: oatmeal with apples, milk, and splenda brown sugar: 290 calories

Snack: cucumber: 36 calories

Lunch: Soup, small salad, peach: 265 calories

Snack: apple and peanut butter: 120 calories

Dinner: tuna sandwich, veggies, peach: 390 calories

Snack: popcorn, cereal: 440 calories

Total: 1541 calories

I started my new plan, I am not calling it a diet, but a plan. It's from Ellen Krieger's book Small Steps, Big Changes! I am on my way to being normal. Amy ordered the book too and I don't think you will be disappointed AT ALL!

I'm with you on all this! :) Hopefully this 12 step program will be something that works for the both of us!
