Thursday for Sheri

I had an awesome time at kickboxing, it's such a stress reliever! I feel GREAT after I am done, and it's an awesome workout!!!

I ran 4 miles this morning, I did a few sprints, so I mixed it up. Although from the way I feel, I can push those sprints faster, but I don't want to push too hard too fast.

Breakfast: Sausage Egg McMuffin, peach: 200

Lunch: Tuna Salad, pear: 225 calories

Snack: Hummus on Wheat, tea with half and half: 80 calories

Dinner: Chik-fil-a chargrilled sandwich and garden salad, large fruit cup: 560 calories

Snack: Cream of wheat, yogurt, orange: 420 calories

look at you mixing it up and doing sprints! ha! :) i'm sure 4 miles seems like a jog to you now. haha
