It's Friday....AT LAST!!!!

So the last work day before my race has gotten here, we leave tomorrow morning for Chicago. I am stocked up on all my snacks and carb stuff I need for the weekend, so I think I am good to go! I keep getting nervous I am going to forget something, i.e.-my race clothes!! HA! That wouldn't be good, a naked, marathon-running Sheri! We might lose some spectators over that!! HA! HA!

Breakfast: Oat bran with raspberries: 180 calories

Lunch: Soup, hummus on wheat bread: 170 calories

Snack: Celery, tea with half and half: 45 calories

Dinner: Spaghetti Squash with sauce, baked potato, wheat bread: 500 calories

Snack: popcorn, oatmeal: 320 calories

Total: 1215 calories
Less Calories taken in: 660
Calories Deficit for the day: same (no workout today)
