Too Tired

Well I'm too tired to function this week. I think this is the week for October :( Bleh. I hate it. All I want to do is eat and sleep. Why couldn't women be made to want to eat right and work out during that time?! Why!? *sigh* Oh well. Greg and I took a walk around the complex last night. It was really humid. Hard to breathe. I'm hoping to get a workout in tonight but it may be an early nighter for me. I might have to do it in the morning. :( We'll see I guess! I just need to WAKE UP!!

Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios, 300 calories

Lunch: Ham & Cheese Melt & Tea, 475 calories

Snack: Rice Cake, 50 calories
