It's Almost the Weekend

Well, I got a good night's sleep last night! I was really glad because I feel good today. Almost back to normal. I am ready to sleep in tomorrow. I can tell I am getting the itch to exercise again, I just have to figure out my schedule. I need to start writing!

I am starting a kickboxing class on Monday! I am pretty excited! Next week starts running. I don't want to push it too hard,I need to keep in mind that my muscles are still tired. I can tell after going up and down stairs too much, they start to ache, not a hurt ache, just a tired ache!

I am so excited about starting this program officially. The more I read this new book, the more excited I get about fitting back into my old clothes. And the program in this book makes is seem so stress free. It's just makin' it a lifestyle, NOT A DIET!!!!

Amy hasn't posted, but she has been REALLY busy and alot going on outside of work too. So, don't go away, she will be back soon! I will be thinking of you and Greg this weekend girl!

Breakfast: Eggwhite Sandwich and orange: 195 calories (I am saving calories, I think Jake may take me out to eat tonight!)

Lunch: Salad, Soup, wheat bread, orange: 215 calories

Snack: Orange: 60 calories

Dinner: Captain D's Fish Dinner: 565 calories

Snack: oat bran, apple: 220 calories

Total Calories: 1255 calories
Less Calories taken in: 620 calories
