It's Tuesday!

I was wondering where Monday went, it went kinda fast!  Last night I had my kickboxing class, wow!  I have NO upper body strength.  I am not too sore today, but if I do certain things with my legs and arms I can feel a tiny bit of soreness.  It was fun though, and a good outlet I think!

I ran 4 miles this morning.  It was on the treadmill, which I hate, but I am not running in the dark.  It was a pretty good run, and will keep my pace consistent! 

So, I was back to normal, up at 5:15am, ran, went upstairs and worked on my writing and made Jake French Toast this morning and now I am at work!

What a morning!  But I love busy mornings!

Breakfast:  Veggie Egg White Omelet, sausage sandwich:  260 calories

Lunch: Tuna Salad, Tomatoes, Apple:  250 calories

Snack:  Cucumbers and Hummus:  85 calories

Dinner:  Red Beans Pasta, sweet potato, veggies:  495 calories

Snack:  oatmeal, yogurt:  300 calories

Total Calories:  1390
Less Calories Taken in: 485
Calories Burned:  400
