Not Just Another Day, It's THE Day

So I failed yesterday, and I would say "today is another day though, right?" other than the fact that I am tired of that.  It simply excuses what I do.  So Amy said she is with me on the emotional eating thing!  Thanks for being there and for listening to me this morning.

So, we are going on a walk, and I am sooo excited.  I am ready to walk in this weather, and to get my butt moving.  I went to kickboxing last night after not doing anything all week.  I feel so much better when I exercise consistently.

Today's breakfast and lunch won't be huge meals, I got up at 7:50 this morning and have to be at work at 8:30.  So I brought something easy with me for both meals.

Breakfast:  Apples and Cinnamon oatmeal:  220 calories

Lunch: Soup, 1/2 asian pear: 160 calories

Snack:  Cauliflower:  50 calories

Dinner: BBQ chicken, squash, green beans:  495 calories

Snack:  oatmeal, yogurt, plum:  395 calories

Total:  1320 calories

I am going to start bringing stuff in for Amy and I to eat more.  If I don't do that cooking thing I get sooo bored with what I eat, so I need to get back to cooking on Sundays again!!

i love walking on the canal! I'm so glad that we're going to do that from now on!! :) And yes, I'm here for you with the emotional eating. Don't be reluctant to talk to me about it. I'm ready to listen and do what I can to help.

PS...I'm excited to try new meals! :)
