Saturdailies for Sheri

So I got in my 11 miles today, it wasn't bad, not one of my greatest, but I am trying not to let nerves overtake me! My oldest nephews is spending the weekend with Jake and I, and I have to say, on the way home last night I haven't laughed THAT hard in a while, I believe my husband momentarily turned 13!

Breakfast: Banana, whole wheat cereal: 205 calories

Lunch: Soup, carrots, fruit: 355 calories

Dinner: IHOP Harvest Nut N' Grain Healthy Combo, sugar-free syrup: 600 calories

Snack: popcorn, cereal: 440 calories

Total Caloric Intake: 1600

Calories Burned: 1000

Having a hard time eating on long run days, but this should get better after my marathon, when "long" runs are only 6-8 miles.
