Friday-Celebrating Birthdays

Well, today is my rest day and as the race draws nearer, I get more nervous. But tonight I have a distraction, my dad's birthday. I am so excited to see them all! I miss them. My nephew is coming to spend the weekend, so we are pretty excited!!!

Breakfast: Cereal, banana: 205 calories

Lunch: Salad, soup, veggies: 265

Snack: Cucumber 35

Dinner: Chicken sandwich, green beans, corn: 350 calories

Snack: Sugar free ice, cream with granola:

Total Calories: I didn't measure out my ice cream and stuff, but I didn't indulge either. I was definitely 1375 calories or under.
