I find myself wondering where I got my motivation last November to start losing weight. Was it that I needed to run off my anger issues? Did I not feel pretty enough for my ex? Whatever it was, I need to find it again. I think this tizzy with Greg and I is good. I took a walk today during lunch to try to sort things out in my head. I ended up talking to my sister most of the time but at least I got out and enjoyed some beautiful October weather. No excuses tonight. I think I'll run before I talk to Greg. Clear my head and sort things out before we talk out our problems. I'd rather not have to fight for me to get motivated to work out, but I guess it's helping me for today.
Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios, 300 calories
Snack: Tea
Lunch: Old Fashioned Vegetable Beef Soup, 200 calories
Snack: 2 Rice Cakes & Tea, 125 calories
Dinner: Penn Station Chicken Teriyaki Sub, 550 calories
Total: 1,175 calories
