It is Wednesday, FOR REAL!

So, it is now Wednesday for real. I got up and ran 3 miles. It was on the treadmill, which is NEVER fun, but oh well. Then I biked for 15 minutes.

I had to time to sit and enjoy my breakfast this morning, and even got in some reading! Last night was an awesome night of sleep. Jake is sleeping in our guest bedroom (which has a queen bed, so don't feel too bad for him) so I can get some rest this week before my race.

Breakfast: Oat bran, yogurt, orange: 280 calories

Lunch: Soup, salad, hummus on wheat bread, plum: 230 calories

Snack: Cauliflower and tea with half and half: 50 calories

Dinner: Boca Burger with hummus, sweet potato, vegetable medley: 440 calories

Snack: popcorn, mini rice cake, oatmeal: 600 calories

Total Calories: 1600 calories
Calories Burned: 300 calories
Less Calories Taken in: 275 calories
Calories Deficit for the day: 575 calories
