Losing My Mind

I've been so busy, I'm losing my mind. I'm trying to keep up with postings but then it gets away from me. I'm going to try to keep up with posts a little better than I have been!

I bought a ball last night to do better ab workouts. I used my roommates the other day and I really really liked it. I had never used one before! I'm really sore and my abs are never sore! :) I'm sold! Tonight will be night 3 with my new ab workout and I'm excited! I really like it!

I'm a little bummed that I forgot my oatmeal. So I'm trying to finish off my cereal. I'm going to stay away from the sugary cereals from now on. Working on creating a habit ya know? :)

Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios, 300 calories

Lunch: Pizza & Coke, ???

Dinner: Arroz con Pollo, 530 calories

Total: Not sure but I'm sure I was well over 1,500

i had sore abs this weekend, and i usually don't get sore either. but our kickboxing teacher had us do 90 situps!!!OUCH!!!
