My Fresh Beginning

So, alot of things change from here on out.  My exercise level (no more 22 mile long runs for a while), my eating, my sleeping and my focus!

I completed my marathon, and I completed it running!  It was one of the best moments of my life!!!!  

But now begins reality!  I must be a bit more careful with how much I am eating, I can't eat like I am running 40 miles per week.  Today, I was so proud of myself.  I went to the grocery store to drop off a fed ex and didn't stop at all the snacks, now granted I looked and thought about getting it, but I did what that book Amy and I now have suggested, ask myself-Am I REALLY hungry?  So I walked out of the grocery store with free hands!!

Breakfast:  Egg White Sandwich, 2 plums:  195 calories

Lunch: Soup, Salad, hummus on wheat bread, orange:  250 calories

Snack:  Apple:  70 calories

Dinner: Boca Burger, Veggies, Sweet potato:  330 calories

Snack:  oatmeal and apple:  530 calories

Total Calories:  1375 
Less Calories taken in:  500
