Feeling a Tad Bit Better

What a dreary Tuesday! Well we just got back from lunch and I have to say that it was rather interesting. The Pumpkin Pear Waffles were good but the preparation was different to say the least. I added water to the mix which helped. Maybe it was my waffle maker. ha!

Anyways, I'm hoping to get some exercise in tonight. Not sure how much my body can take so I might walk for 30 minutes at a good pace. I still don't feel completely hydrated. And I'm not sure if I can eat anything else today after that waffle. Wow, am I full!

Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios, 300 calories

Lunch: Pumpkin Pear Waffles, 244 calories

Snack: Diet v8 Splash, 20 calories

Dinner: Fazoli's Fettucini Alfredo (small) & breadsticks, 484 calories

T0tal: 1,048 calories
