Well, getting out of bed today was a great time. 'Gotta love Mondays! Sheri was out today. I'm guessing that she's sick. Get well soon, Sheri!! So last week I got the jump start into wanting to work out. I'm hoping that will continue this week. I wanted to workout Saturday afternoon but somehow our plans shifted and I didn't have time. We were out until 4am Saturday so we slept pretty much the entire day Sunday. Got up, at lunch (yes, I said lunch...not breakfast), picked up the guys to go tailgate for the Colts game, went home to watch the game (on the couch of course) and crashed. Lazy, lazy weekend. But can I say a perfect weekend!? I needed that. So I've set my goal to run everyday this week and I'll take Saturday and Sunday off. Woohoo!
Breakfast: Lucky Charms, 350 calories
Lunch: Arby's Regular Roast Beef Sandwich w/iced tea, 350 calories
Snack: 2 Apple Cinnamon Rice Cakes, 100 calories
Dinner: Waffle & eggs w/1% milk, 479 calories
Total Calories: 1,279 calories
I joked around that Sheri is a machine because she ran 18 miles, but I must remind you all that she is only human!!! haha! Everyone gets sick! :) Hope you get feeling better!
