It's Hump Day, and Sheri is Ready for the Weekend!

So I got in an easy 4 miles  this morning in about 38 minutes!  Not bad, and I wasn't out of breath really!  
Breakfast:  Veggie Sausage, Egg McMuffin, peach:  235 calories

Snack:  Plum (and oh a good one!):  45 calories

Lunch:  Salad, veggies, fruit: 250 calories

Snack:  Plum and lavendar tea with half and half:  60 calories

Dinner:Fish with parmesan, sweet potato, zucchini, peach:  395 calories

Snack: popcorn, clif bar, rice cake:  530 calories

Total Calories:  1515
