It's Monday for Sheri

And this is the second time I have started this, I can't find the first.  Workout was biking and abs, and upper body weights.  I am in the last month of my marathon training, so no lower body weight training!
I am excited and ready to run this race.  Ready to know what it feels like to look at the long run and see 6-8 miles TOPS!

Breakfast:  Turkey Sausage, Egg and Cheese casserole, orange:  260 calories

Snack:  Cauliflower:  50 calories

Lunch:  Salad, carrots, apple:  245 calories

Snack:  Cauliflower, tea with half and half:  50 calories

Dinner: Boca Burger, veggies, apple, pear (I was really in the mood for fruit!):  420 calories

Snack: Popcorn, rice cake, clif bar:  480

Total Calories: 1505

I have to make a note about the turkey sausage, egg cheese casserole.  I haven't had that in a long time, mostly because my gallbladder can't take the grease from the meat, and fat from the cheese.  But I made a healthy one, using turkey sausage, which is very low in fat and grease, egg white, and fat free mozzarella cheese!  It was sooo good!
