Tuesday

Well, I do believe I have run my last 8-mile Tuesday before the race.  I made it in good time this morning, so I was proud of myself!  HA! As I stood eating my breakfast and looking over my running schedule, I realized that my tapering is just beginning now, still a lot of miles to run this weekend, but the week is starting to taper a mile at a time!
Breakfast:  Banana, veggie sausage, egg mcmuffin:  275 calories

Snack:  Cauliflower:  50 calories

Lunch: Salad, veggies, fruit:  240 calories

Snack:  Cauliflower and tea with half and half:  45 calories

Dinner: Boca Burger, veggies, fruit:  365 calories

Snack: popcorn, oatmeal:  500 calories

Total Calories:  1480
