So I got in 4 miles this morning, but boy are my calves SORE!!!!!! I am getting ready to go ice them now!
Breakfast: cereal, peach: 215 calories
Lunch: Egg, Cheese, Turkey Sausage Casserole, veggies, tea with half and half: 435 calories
Snack: yogurt and peach: 150 calories
Dinner: boca burger, sweet potato, apple: 345 calories
Snack: Oatmeal, rice cake: 350 calories
Total Calories: 1495 calories
