Fridailies!!!

It was another rest day, although I woke up last night with sore muscles. I must have pushed that 8 miles yesterday harder than I thought!
It was still nice to sleep in though.
Breakfast: Banana, grapefruit: 200 calories

Snack: Kiwi: 40 calories

Lunch:Leftover Soup, orange: 150 caloires

Snack: Kiwi, tea with half and half: 60 calories

Dinner: Pasta with tuna, butternut squash, fruit: 550 calories

Snack: oatmeal, rice cakes, energy bar: 550 calories

Total Calories: 1550
