ONLY 3 MORE DAYS

It's Thursday and only 3 more days until my race!  I am getting pumped. I had a race dream last night-my first one!  It was kinda a nightmare actually, but very humorous!!!  

So this morning I got in 2 miles, easy ones!  It was nice!  I was running by 5:55, came back, biked for 15 minutes, then stretched, fed the dog, got ready, put my pj's back on and slept for 45 minutes!  AHHHH!!! What a lovely morning!  I LOVE extra sleep!

Breakfast:  oatmeal, apple:  205 calories

Lunch: Salad, soup, hummus on wheat bread:  215 calories

Snack:  Cauliflower and tea with half and half: 50 calories

Dinner: Dick's Bodacious BBQ, turkey sandwich. ranch beans, green beans: 450 calories

Snack:  popcorn, mini rice cakes, oatmeal:  550 calories

Total Calories:  1470
Calories Burned:  200 calories
Less Calories Taken in:  405
Calorie Deficit for the Day:  605

haha!! I don't think I'd be able to go back to sleep after I ran. Now that's dedication! haha
