Old Lady Syndrome

Yep, that's right. I look and feel like an old lady today. Between moving timbers, furniture, painting and my ab workout, I'm so incredibly sore. I can barely move. haha Just a sign of getting older. It's sad.

Going for a walk today on the Canal with Sheri. I'm soooo excited!!!!!

I forgot my oatmeal again today. Grr. Why do the little things stress me out? For being such a planner, I've really sucked at remembering things lately. haha Hopefully the stress will lessen so I can regain my sanity. God help me! :)

Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios, 300 calories

Lunch: PB&J, 350 calories

Dinner:
