Monday-And Only 6 more days!

Only 6 more days till my race, I am getting ancy.  Today I did upper body weights, abs and biked for 35 minutes.  I also cleaned for 2 hours, YES, I do count it as a work out, you should see the building I clean!!!

Breakfast:  Honey Graham and Vanilla cereal, apple:  250 calories

Lunch: Vegetable Soup, salad, hummus on wheat bread, plum:  255 calories

Snack:  Cauliflower and tea with half and half:  50 calories

Dinner:  Curried Tilapia, zucchini, potato torte, apple:  390 calories

Snack:  oatmeal, mini rice cakes, popcorn:  600 calories

Total Calories Taken In:  1545

Calories Burned:  I am estimating 200, but I am sure it was more.

So, 300 calories less taken in, plus another 200 burned from exercise equals out to a 500 calories deficit!

I'll count it as a workout since the sweeper weighs 1,500 lbs! :)
