Finishing Out the Week

Well I would like to think that I worked out while I was away, but I didn't. However, I didn't eat much either. Not a good thing, not a bad thing. Eh, well we're back to the normal pattern so it should be easier to finish out the 25 days to form a habit. ha!

Breakfast: Banana w/peanut butter, 125 calories

Snack: Tea

Lunch: Ham & Cheddar melt w/tea, 450 calories
