Well I haven't posted in awhile. Partly because I've been crazy busy and partly because I've been decided what I need to change in order to get to where I want and need to be with my eating and exercise. I see that things are just going to keep coming up in my schedule. So, I need to set a schedule for me. As you said Sheri, it takes 28 days to form a habit. Well I need to start scheduling my meals and exercise so I don't go off the path even if a crisis emerges. I'm a planner. It's what I have to do. Now I have a littel catching up to do this week with the blog, so here goes!
Monday
Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios, 300 calories
Lunch: PB&J, 325 calories
Snack: Banana, 93 calories
Dinner: Pigs in a Blanket, 450 calories
Snack: Applesauce, 100 calories
Total: 1,268 calories
(and a 20 minute walk)
Tuesday
Breakfast: Oatmeal, 200 calories
Snack: Banana & Tea, 100 calories
Lunch:
Snack:
Dinner:
Total:

You can do it, and see now you only have 26 days left to form a habit!!!! The thing about healthy eating and exercise, is life happens, we just have to roll with it and we can and still eat healthy and fit in a bit of exercise!
