Back to Normal

The past few days have been insanely crazy!  Viewings, funerals, alot of thinking, and being sick!  Seriously, could you fit anything else in there.  I had pizza Monday night, just because I wanted it, and I paid the price!  Lesson learned....AGAIN!

I am working on some habits too:
1.  no emotional eating, when I am worked up, I need to find something else to do.
2.  Eating bigger breakfasts, I did this morning, and WOW am I still full

I have kickboxing tonight.  I think it will be a good release of a lot of things going on in my head!

Hopefully kickboxing will do the trick for you! It will be nice to have something that will get your mind off of everything for a little while.

I know what you mean with emotional eating. We both can make a commitment to eliminating emotional eating. I'm there with you! Can't wait to go on our walk tomorrow though!!
