I have found myself having a hard time falling asleep lately, with the next day's run on my mind, and then going over my 18 miler on Saturday. But I need to take it one day at a time, Saturday will be here and so will 18 miles!
Breakfast: Banana, cereal: 230 calories
Snack: Watermelon: 50 calories
Lunch: Salad, veggies, fruit: 210 calories
Snack: Watermelon, tea: 30 calories
Dinner: tuna melt, zucchini, squash, plum: 440 calories
Snack:popcorn, plum, rice cake, oatmeal: 535
Total Calories: 1495 calories (actually I think this is higher, but I can't remember where from my last two meals)

Well I hope that you'll sleep better after Saturday! If I ran 18 miles in a day, I think I'd fall asleep and NEVER wake up haha! You're a machine Sheri! :)
