Wow, I've been so busy at work that I don't have time to even THINK about posting my progress! Well I hit the scales yesterday and was very very disappointed. I've been really bloated lately which totally sucks. My stomach has just been WEIRD lately. Not sure what happened. But I've GAINED weight. So now I'm really irritated. I ran a little farther than I normally do and bumped up the speed on the treadmill. I was t-i-r-e-d when I got off. I couldn't even do my weights. I felt like I was going to pass out! ha! A little out of shape. So as I walked back I had to tell myself, "it will only get easier, it will only get easier..." No more slacking. I weigh too much. End of story!

Wednesday
Breakfast: Rasin Bran Crunch, 460 calories
Snack: 1 plum, 63 calories
Lunch: Breakfast Burrito, 300 calories
Snack: Cantelope, 70 calories
Dinner: Spaghetti & Garlic Toast, 410 calories
Total Calories: 1,303 calories
I'm setting a goal to lose 5-10 lbs by October 1. Fingers crossed.

remember, take it slow, weight that comes off slower usually stays off. and remember, when you are exercising more it's turning into muscle which weighs more than fat. so, measure your progress by the fit of your clothes!! you are doing great!
