It's Wednesday and Almost Thanksgiving

Well, I got up this morning and did my weights workout with a little cardio.  It felt good, I miss doing weights.  Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, I probably won't post, but my goal is to not overeat.  A friend of mine and I are doing a race tomorrow morning at 9, so I am excited to run and see her, and run off some of that good ole' food before I eat it!!!

Breakfast:  Oatmeal with berries, kiwi: 225 calories

Snack: Broccoli, carrots:  90 calories

Lunch:  Soup, turkey burger:  330 calories

Snack:  Orange, tea with half and half:  80 calories

Dinner:
