The Weekend and Monday

I can't remember the weekend as far as eating, it was sooo busy and such a blur.  I was sick too, which never makes it fun! It's been lots of soup and tea!

I stayed within my calorie limit and even a little under!

So, for today, Monday!

Breakfast: cereal:  205 calories

Lunch: Soup, orange:160 calories

Snack: Cauliflower:  25 calories

Snack:  Banana:  70 calories

Dinner: Chickpea stew, veggies, fruit, whole wheat bread:  545 calories

Snack:  Popcorn:  300 calories

Total Calories:  1305
Calories Burned with Kickboxing:  300
