So I stood in line this morning to vote...the first time in the 5 years I have lived downtown. Kickboxing went REALLY well last night! I felt good and it felt good to give those bags a beating! Seriously, inflicting pain is so stress relieving!!! HA! I ran 4 miles this morning in 35 minutes, I was pretty happy with that!
Breakfast: Cereal, plum: 210 calories
Lunch: Ralph's Great Divide Dinner Salad: 150 calories
Snack: Broccoli, tea with half and half: 50
Dinner: Chicken dish with rice, veggies: 630 calories
Snack: oatmeal, yogurt, apple: 435 calories
Total Calories: 1475
