Happy Friday!

Well I rested last night. No working out. Hopefully it will pay off and I won't be so tired today. I guess my plan is: work out 2 days and rest 1. We'll see how that goes. If that doesn't work then I'll assign days that I have to work out. We'll see I guess. As long as I get in the habit of doing it.

Breakfast: Yoplait Light White Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt, 100 calories

Snack: Tea

Lunch: 1/2 Chef salad, 350 calories
