When I did the Eat All Day Diet, I lost 40 pounds. Can I do it again? Yes, although, the need to lose 40 pounds is more like 12-15 pounds! So it should be a bit easier.
When I lost all that weight, it was simply putting down a plan for each week and following it. So, last night I began planning out the week, from meals to snacks, to exercise schedules. It took getting ready for each day the night before, only a few minutes, but it was taking the time to stick to my plan! I am determined from here on out to take back control! I did it once I can do it again.
Yesterday was the first day I didn't do kickboxing, running, grocery shopping and cleaning all on Saturday! I got up, ran with a friend of mine, and came back home where I cleaned for a short 45 minutes. A friend called asking if I wanted to go to Tea's Me. Can you believe it??? I said yes, I had the time to go and the energy! I feel like a totally new person this week! I was able to enjoy my Saturday, spend time with Jake, with friends, plan out my eating, write out my grocery list and enjoy my in-law's company.
I am going to make my Sundays my rest day for exercise, so I can enjoy Saturday with Jake and stay up a bit later!
I even had the time to enjoy making my grocery list. With this diet I am doing, I should now spend MUCH less on groceries, because I will be eating less. I was eating soo much volume with low calorie counts, that to keep up with my food intake was ridiculous! I started that already today with my lunch by adding butter, and cheese to things, so that, yes, I get the calorie count, but I am not surrounded by several plates of food! Diet is not only calorie counting, but portion control too (which I think Amy understands far better than me!). So, I am going to make one of my goals be VERY frugal with my grocery shopping while shedding the pounds! Don't ask me why I am so excited about all this change, but, I am! I can't wait to see what the results are come January 1st and after!!!
