It's Monday

So I cleaned this morning, it went pretty fast!  I was glad.  The faster I get done, THE BETTER!!! I got a good night's sleep.  I went to bed at 8:45 last night and didn't get up until 6:30 this morning!! AHH I LOVE SLEEP!

I have kickboxing tonight, so I think I am good and refreshed for that!  

Breakfast:  Cereal, apple:  270 calories

Lunch: Tuna Sandwich, salad, tomatoes:  180 calories

Snack:  Broccoli, tea with half and half:  50 calories

Snack: Banana, pomegranate seeds:  185 calories

Dinner:  Chicken Dish with rice, veggies, fruit:  420 calories

Snack:  cereal:  285 calories

Total:  1390

sleep!! sleep is always good :) take it from me....the one that slept all day saturday. haha!
