I woke up this morning hoping that it was Saturday. NOPE! Definitely Thursday. *sigh* Oh well! I've done pretty well so far this week. No fast food and I've been on the treadmill every night, not to mention walking on the Canal during lunch break. I've changed my morning breakfast pattern to yogurt. I will say that I need a little more substance in the morning other than yogurt (good to know now) so I think I'll be getting fruit when I get groceries this weekend. Funny how something so little can get the ball rolling, you know? Well at least it's the ball rolling and not me rolling. haha!
Breakfast: Yoplait Light Rasperry Cheesecake Yogurt, 110 calories
Snack: Tea w/half and half, 40 calories
Lunch: Chicken Curry & granola bar, 290 calories
Snack: Mini Rice Cakes, 90 calories
Dinner: Tacos & small glass 1/2% milk, 650 calories
Total: 1,180 calories
