Thursday's Plan

So I started the day with a rough 2 mile rough. It was supposed to be 6, but yeah, didn't happen so much! Oh well, my 12 mile run on Saturday should make up for it!

So on with the better part of my day, a good healthy meal plan.

Breakfast: Banana, Veggie Sausage and Egg White Sandwich, Blueberries: 340 calories

Snack: Cucumber: 50 calories

Lunch: Tuna/Salsa Salad with carrots, celery, wheat bread, and a plum: 380 calories

Snack: Peach and Tea with fat free half and half0: 100 calories

Dinner: Boca Burger in pita, 1 zucchini, 1 yellow sqash, 1 rutabaga: 355 calories

Snack: popcorn, banana, yogurt: 248 calories

Total: 1473

My favorite part of the day was the rutabaga by far! I fixed that because the husband was out of the house and he HATES the smell, but oh, oh, oh, nothin' tastes as good as a rutabaga!!

First Posts of Many

We met as co-workers, but realized we have a common goal.  Looking how we once did and being healthy.  We are open to new tastes, new recipes, new sizes of clothes, new looks!  

This blog is a journal that will log our success together and keep us and you updated to how we are doing.

It will contain our  food logs, new recipes, exercise logs and anything we want to add!

So glad we found a partner in crime, makes this whole thing of goals a whole lot easier!
